Return & Refund Policy At Simpshirts, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. You’ll need the order number or proof of purchase. We don’t accept returns on: Custom/personalized items Gift cards Final sale items How to start a return Just email us at support@simpshirts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with the return address and steps to follow. Note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll send the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order aren’t refunded. Exchanges Need a different size or your item arrived damaged? Reach out and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
